2.Ukukhiqiza isinkwa:
Umthamo onconyiwe ngu-10-30g ngethani likafulawa. Umthamo olungile uncike kwikhwalithi kafulawa kanye nemingcele yokucubungula futhi kufanele kunqunywe ukuhlolwa kokubhaka. Kungcono ukuqala ukuhlolwa kusukela enanini elincane kakhulu. Ukusebenzisa ngokweqile kuzonciphisa amandla okubamba amanzi enhlama.
